Steps to setup your Transfer Monitoring Batch Service

DataCheck allows our clients to add and remove students in the NSLDS Transfer Monitoring List. Students already added to the Transfer Monitoring List that have a change to their NSLDS data will be processed in DataCheck via batches.

In order for DataCheck to start receiving and processing Transfer Monitoring students, your School Profile will need to indicate to process your Transfer Monitoring Alerts via batch. Follow the below steps to setup your Transfer Monitoring Profile in the NSLDS website.

Go to https://www.nsldsfap.ed.gov/nslds_FAP/, log in to the NSLDS website and click on School Transfer Profile.

Once in the School Profile, click on Transfer Monitoring Profile Update.

The School Transfer Profile will need to be updated, if not already setup, to indicate the Monitoring Duration Period, select Web and Batch File under the Alert section, enter the TG SAIG Mailbox and select Non-Servicer/Extract as the Servicer/Non-Servicer Batch Alert Method. After you have updated the required fields, you will need to select submit.
